 Hi, I'm Seth Eisenberg.

I’m Seth Eisenberg — husband, dad, writer, teacher, and forever student of love. For over 30 years, I’ve led the PAIRS Foundation, working with thousands of couples, parents, veterans, and communities to teach the skills that make relationships thrive.

When I’m not leading trainings or writing about the power of love, you’ll likely find me reading Rilke, spending time with family and friends, or enjoying strong coffee while imagining new ways technology can help us stay more connected.

My passion is simple: helping people discover that love isn’t just luck or magic — it’s a skill we can all learn, practice, and pass on.
